The system is free from halogens and solvents. Excellent electrical and mechanical properties. Solvent free, low shrinkage, low exothermic peak. Suitable for immersion in sea water. Excellent heat dissipation. The system is UL 94 V-0 compliant. Good thermal conductivity, Ease of application, High bonding over various metallic substrates. Electrical and electronics grade material.
